This is 2 model pack of Towa Kiseki, a guest V-Tuber from Neptunia Virtual Stars. The incluided models are:
Towa Kiseki
Towa Kiseki Swimsuit
I don't know any of her V-Tuber stuff, but her models are pretty cool (especially the floating trinagle/weapon thingy on her back) and my friend kept asking me to rig her, so here we are XD
Installation:
Just drop the .dff and .txd files into skin.img (assuming you have Skin Selector already installed)
Credits:
Models by: Compile Heart/Idea Factory
Ripped and conerted to MMD by: DeviantArt user haolink
Converted GTA SA and rigged by: Me! LUISDooM XD
Raffine52 from DeviantArt for requesting me these models, beta testing and giving moral support
Do not edit it, modify it or reupload it on another source. If you want to share it, please link this page (no ad.fly links or similar please)
Also, if you download it, please write a comment and/or share it, this will encourage me to release my other Neptunia/other games GTA SA skins that, believe me, are a LOT. XD

I think it's a bit late, but I decided to not release any more skins, especially thanks for some annoying user that has been harassing for a long time (not only here, but also GTA Forums as well). Sure, it is unfair for everyone, but I grew tired by all their harassment. I won't come back here so this is the last thing I'll write here. It's a shame a page of this caliber don't have even a basic block function.
I've made a lot of other skins, mostly from Neptunia, but also from Trails of Cold steel too, but they will end being unreleased. All thanks the user called "Nepgear24" (and their other fake usernames they have as well) that has been harassing me for more than a year. So if you want to complain about not getting any more skins from me, be sure to thank that user for all their kindness ;)
Anyways, bye GTAInside! It was nice while it lasted. Take care everyone! :D
